Job description

  • Build and lead the enterprise policy governance framework
  • Oversee policies, procedures, standing orders, scope of practice documents, clinical forms, consents, and documentation tools
  • Manage the enterprise policy library and document management system
  • Establish standards for document control, version management, approval workflows, publication, and archival
  • Partner with clinical, operational, compliance, legal, and executive stakeholders to develop and maintain governed documentation
  • Monitor regulatory changes, conduct governance audits, and support surveys and corrective action planning
  • Develop dashboards and reporting that improve policy review compliance and workflow performance
  • Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
  • Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
  • Five or more years of clinical nursing experience
  • Three or more years of healthcare policy development, document control, regulatory compliance, accreditation, quality, clinical operations, nursing leadership, or related experience
  • Strong technical writing, project management, and stakeholder facilitation skills
