Job description

This position is part of the EDI team which is responsible for the daily operation of EDI documents. We are seeking the right individual to help with the maintenance of inbound/outbound purchase orders and related documents as well as business processes relating to customer EDI orders. This individual will participate in the EDI process from customer purchase order, to shipment, and finally invoice. To be successful in this position, candidate will need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Position will provide assistance as directed by the EDI Services Manager and/or IS Manager.

· Responsibilities include working with multiple departments including Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Accounting and KAI USA customers.

· Base level usage and initial troubleshooting skill level for D365 and Orderful.

· Candidate will assist in verifying customer EDI orders for accuracy, confirming against existing information within the EDI/DMEDI/Orderful and Microsoft D365 ERP system.

· Team member will help maintain EDI documents, as well as assisting in manually keying EDI documents into 3rd party websites.

· Assist in identifying and solving issues (research, resolve and respond) for stuck or failed EDI documents.

· Will be responsible for processing end-of-day EDI files.

· Troubleshooting and testing EDI documents and connections (EDI 850, 875, 856, 810, 880).

· Document processes and procedures related to EDI transactions.

· Participate in training sessions to enhance understanding of EDI standards and protocols.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· All other job duties as assigned.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

  • High school or equivalent (Required), * Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 year (Required)
  • EDI: 1 year (Preferred)
