Job description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master Consultant to lead and support large-scale enterprise initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. This role will partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful Agile delivery, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement., * Lead, coach, and support multiple Agile Scrum teams delivering complex business and technology initiatives.

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Drive successful product delivery while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and maintain delivery metrics.
  • Promote transparency around project progress, quality, and schedules.
  • Coach teams to improve Agile maturity, increase velocity, and optimize delivery outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration among business, technical, onshore, and offshore team members.
  • Support conflict resolution, stakeholder alignment, and team effectiveness.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and Agile transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master within enterprise IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience facilitating multiple Agile teams.
  • Proven ability to lead without direct authority through coaching, mentoring, and servant leadership.
  • Experience delivering modern software solutions in Agile environments.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile management tools, including Jira., * Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise programs and PI Planning activities.
  • Previous project management experience.
