Job description

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups, and reviews across multiple teams.
  • Coach teams, leaders, architects, and engineers on Agile principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver value.
  • Identify and remove blockers while reducing decision latency across teams and initiatives.
  • Drive transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights.
  • Support collaboration across global cross-functional teams focused on Cloud, DevOps, Security, Identity, and Risk.
  • Promote team self-organization, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach / Project Program Manager to support a large-scale Digital DevOps organization. This individual will play a key role in enabling Agile excellence across multiple global teams, driving collaboration, removing delivery obstacles, and helping teams maximize business value through continuous improvement., * Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, OR

  • Master’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong background facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives using metrics and performance data.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive organizational change.
