Swedish Solution Specialist

• Drive Business Growth: Secure new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Consultative Selling: Translate customer business objectives and IT strategies into clear, value-driven cloud propositions (covering Modern Workplace, Data & BI, and Apps & Infrastructure).
• Technical Advisory: Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to specific client needs and usage scenarios.
• Solution Architecture: Conduct technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals that detail architecture and pricing for cloud migrations.
• Training & Leadership: Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions across the center to share subject matter expertise.
• Performance: Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline growth, and operational metrics.
• Continuous Learning: Deepen cloud knowledge through ongoing certifications and research into emerging computing trends.

• Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (C1/C2) and professional English (B2+).
• Experience: 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales, business development, or pre-sales environments.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud architecture, identity/security, and collaboration tools.
• Certifications: Minimum Cloud Fundamentals certification is required; L200 certification (Associate level) is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelors degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mindset: A results-driven, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international team setting.
