Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption across our technology organization. This is a strategic leadership role for a seasoned software engineering and enterprise architecture professional who is passionate about emerging technologies and the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

As the AI Transformation Lead, you will serve as an internal AI consultant and trusted advisor, partnering with engineering, architecture, infrastructure, security, product, and executive leadership to identify high-value AI opportunities, develop AI strategy, and accelerate enterprise adoption.

This role is focused on enabling technology organizations through AI-not building AI products exclusively., * Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy and technology roadmap.

  • Identify AI opportunities across software engineering, digital platforms, infrastructure, operations, and corporate technology.
  • Act as the organization’s AI evangelist, educating teams on emerging AI technologies and best practices.
  • Advise engineering and architecture teams on AI solution design, implementation, and governance.
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered software development tools to improve engineering productivity.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical enterprise use cases.
  • Establish AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices.
  • Present AI strategies and recommendations to senior technology and business leaders.
  • Partner across engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and product organizations to deliver AI transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership.
  • Strong background designing enterprise-scale software and cloud architectures.
  • Proven experience leading technology transformation initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, AI Governance, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise AI adoption.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional technology initiatives.

Preferred Experience

Experience with technologies such as:

  • OpenAI, Claude, Gemini
  • Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel
  • GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development
  • Microservices, Kubernetes, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD
  • AI Governance, LLMOps, Vector Databases, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
