Receptionist and Database Manager

Nativity of Our Lord School is seeking a friendly, organized, and technology-savvy professional to welcome students, families, staff, and visitors and to serve as our database manager. In addition to ensuring day-to-day office operations, this position is responsible for supporting admissions, enrollment, advancement, and school communications by maintaining and updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

• Experience managing a CRM or other database system
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
