Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Installer / Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems, as well as performing routine maintenance and diagnostic service work. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service., * Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to quality standards and manufacturer specifications.

  • Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and basic diagnostic service work on HVAC equipment.
  • Ensure proper brazing, wiring, ductwork connections, and system testing upon installation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on the job site and in the company vehicle.
  • Clearly explain system operation and maintenance tips to customers in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • EPA Universal (or Type II) Certification is required.
  • Experience as an HVAC Installer or Service Technician.
  • Understanding of HVAC schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics), and climb ladders.
