Job description

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join a market-leading Fintech company based in the heart of the City of London. This cool company combines the restless energy, innovation, and agility of a high-growth startup with the stability and scale of a public enterprise.

They’re a high-performing, collaborative team that gives engineers the autonomy to take true ownership, experiment with cutting-edge tech, and make a massive, measurable impact on the UK economy., As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will join the dedicated Salesforce Platform team, collaborating closely with broader product engineering groups to design scalable, product-agnostic capabilities., * Design and improve robust Salesforce integration solutions, with a strong focus on event-sourcing and event-driven architectures.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage Agentic AI and Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
  • Develop core Salesforce capabilities across the ecosystem, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
  • Confidently identify, mitigate, and resolve architectural risks, control weaknesses, or system bottlenecks.

Requirements

  • Strong background as a Salesforce Developer using Sales & Service Cloud, with deep hands-on experience in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred.
  • Proven track record working on Salesforce instances heavily integrated with external real-time systems. Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (Event-Driven Architecture is a major bonus!).
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), alongside modern development tooling (Git, CI/CD pipelines, and packaging approaches).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
