Job description

Liverpool is a city built on creativity, resilience, and world-class innovation, and at Gigaricco Technologies Ltd, we bring that exact energy to modern web development. We build high-performance web applications and digital platforms that look sharp, run fast, and deliver real commercial value. We believe that modern web applications should be as engaging as they are powerful. We are looking for a Web Developer (m/f/d) who takes true ownership of their code. You aren’t just writing scripts; you are crafting digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with a dynamic, close-knit development team, bridging the gap between creative visual designs and clean, scalable code. You are the champion for technical quality and seamless functionality in every project we launch., The Environment: Located in the heart of Liverpool, our workspace is built for collaboration and focus-offering a creative atmosphere where modern tools and fresh ideas come together. Technical Freedom: We value smart, efficient architecture over rigid routine. You will have direct input into tech stack choices, architectural decisions, and build pipelines. Modern Stack: We work with modern web standards-HTML5, CSS3/SASS, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and tools like React or Vue, ensuring our codebases stay clean and component-driven. Growth: We believe continuous learning keeps developers sharp. You will have access to learning resources, technical workshops, and developer events to expand your skillset., Web Application Development: Build responsive, performant, and cross-browser compatible web interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. UI Component Implementation: Translate wireframes and design files into modular, reusable front-end components and seamless user interactions. Performance & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, optimize web applications for maximum page load speed, and ensure robust client-side security. API & System Integration: Connect front-end interfaces with back-end architectures, RESTful APIs, and content management systems (CMS). Testing & Code Quality: Perform regular code reviews, debugging, and cross-browser testing to ship clean, reliable, and accessible software.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in web development, building dynamic and responsive web applications. Portfolio / GitHub: Demonstrable projects are essential. Show us live links, code repositories, or case studies highlighting your problem-solving process and coding style. Tooling & Tech: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), modern framework exposure (e.g., React, Vue), and standard version control workflows using Git/GitHub. Communication: Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with design, technical, and project partners. Mindset: You are pragmatic, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. You balance code elegance with project deadlines to deliver dependable results.
