SAP Consultant / Coordinator H/F

The SAP Coordinator is responsible for the operational coordination of activities related to the SAP system. They ensure alignment between business and IT teams, oversee the proper functioning of SAP processes, and facilitate change management and support.

• General knowledge of SAP (FI, CO, MM, SD modules depending on context)
• Good understanding of business processes
• Basic knowledge of incident management (ITIL is a plus)
• Use of ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Ability to analyze and translate user needs into SAP solutions
• Strong documentation and reporting skills (procedures, reports, change logs)
• Coordination across multiple stakeholders (business, IT, vendors)
• Change management and continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Responsiveness and ability to manage priorities
• Clear communication
