IT Support Technician - Tier 1 Helpdesk (Entry Level)

• Provide technical support via phone and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, VPNs, and Windows/Mac operating systems
• Install and configure computers, applications, and business software
• Support Microsoft 365 environments
• Document tickets and client activity accurately
• Deploy equipment onsite and assist with setup
• Monitor RMM alerts and complete scheduled maintenance tasks
• Escalate advanced issues when necessary
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule (after onboarding)

• 1+ year IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience preferred
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and printers
• Experience with ticketing systems or remote support tools is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license required
