Job description
The Warehouse Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels of blank and printed T-shirts, supplies, and materials in the production warehouse. This role ensures the efficient flow of goods, proper storage, and timely stock replenishment to support the T-shirt printing process., * Receive, count, and inspect incoming inventory, including blank apparel and printing materials.
- Accurately record inventory transactions in inventory management systems.
- Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas for easy access and tracking.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low or excess inventory.
- Assist in preparing and staging items for daily production runs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in full inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times., We are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties, ensuring efficient operations and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse experience?, * Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-Starter
- Great Attitude
- Knowledge of BOL and packing list paperwork.
- Communicate issues with Supervisor.
- Being flexible and adaptable to a growing and fast-paced work environment.
- Able to lift 30lbs repeatedly.
- Tag items with accuracy, detailed oriented.
- Being on time and reliable daily.
- Stand for 8 hours.
- Follow all safety procedure., * Warehouse: 3 years (Required)
