Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Seeking a Warehouse Returns & Inventory Associate to support driver check-ins, returned product processing, and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in freezer and cooler conditions.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers returning from routes and verify returned products and paperwork
• Inspect returned items and determine restocking eligibility or credit processing
• Document delivery exceptions, missed collections, and damaged products
• Process claims, inventory adjustments, and return documentation accurately
• Separate, stage, and count returned products for inventory processing
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Follow food safety and warehouse safety procedures
• Communicate operational issues and inventory concerns to supervisors

Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of pallet jack and/or forklift experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs

Preferred Skills

• Experience with warehouse inventory reconciliation and returns processing
• Familiarity with billing, credits, and inventory systems
