Warehouse Inventory Specialist

The Warehouse Inventory Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate, organized, and efficient inventory operations within the warehouse. This role ensures proper storage, movement, and handling of materials, supports order fulfillment processes, and helps maintain inventory quality through timely processing of expiring products and incoming shipments., * Maintain organized and accurate inventory storage by placing materials in designated shelving locations.

• Manage internal inventory movements, including transferring items to and from overstock/overage areas.
• Identify and prepare expiring inventory for return to vendors, ensuring timely and compliant processing.
• Support the replenishment team by assisting with order closing, verification, and finalization.
• Receive incoming shipments from manufacturers, inspect for accuracy, and stock materials appropriately.

Do you have experience in Computer operation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience Requirements

• Demonstrated basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.
• Must be able and willing to work successfully in a team environment.
• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs., * warehouse inventory: 2 years (Preferred)
• Warehouse: 3 years (Preferred)
• Data entry: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
