Job description

  • Beratung unserer Kunden hinsichtlich ihrer Geschäftsprozesse im SAP HCM Umfeld.
  • Anpassung des SAP HCM Systems mittels Customizing, um Kundenanforderungen zu erfüllen.
  • Konzeption und Implementierung von innovativen Lösungen im Bereich SAP HCM.
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender SAP HCM Systeme.
  • Unterstützung im Projektmanagement zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Projekten.

Requirements

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Expertenkenntnisse im Bereich SAP HCM Module sind ein Muss.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Prozessberatung sind erforderlich.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Customizing im SAP HCM (+5-10 Jahre Erfahrung).
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil.
  • ABAP Kenntnisse sind ein Plus für diese Rolle.
  • Deutsch (C2) ist zwingend erforderlich, während Englisch (C1) von Vorteil ist.
