Job description

We’re seeking an Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for Windows and macOS environments. This role supports end users by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and audio/visual technology while delivering excellent customer service., * Provide technical support for Windows and macOS desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and audio/visual equipment.
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain computers, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Support conference room and presentation technology, including projectors and displays.
  • Respond to support requests both remotely and on-site while documenting issues and resolutions.
  • Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and other IT projects.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend support as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of desktop or help desk support experience in a Windows and/or macOS environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management or desktop imaging tools.
  • Hands-on experience supporting audio/visual or conference room technology.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and work independently or as part of a team.

$22 - $25 an hour - Part-time, Contract
