Job description

  • Betreuung interner Anwender bei Fragen rund um Arbeitsplatzsysteme und IT-Tools
  • Analyse und Lösung von Incidents im Client- und Anwenderumfeld
  • Unterstützung und Beratung bei der effizienten Nutzung von Microsoft-Anwendungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen IT-Schnittstellen
  • Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von ITSM-Prozessen und Serviceabläufen

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Client- oder Anwendersupport
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 sowie Microsoft 365
  • Erfahrung mit Datenbanken (z. B. MS SQL, idealerweise Oracle) von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, serviceorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
