Job description

Design and develop AI/ML applications using Java or Python.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and embedding models.
Develop conversational AI solutions, including chatbots and voicebots.
Build scalable APIs and microservices for AI applications.
Work with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs.
Implement prompt engineering techniques, structured outputs, and tool integrations.
Design and deploy cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and ECS/EKS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

6-10 years of software development experience using Java or Python.
2+ years of hands-on experience building production AI/ML applications.
Strong experience with RAG architectures, including chunking strategies, embedding models, and vector stores (Pinecone, OpenSearch, pgvector, FAISS).
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or CrewAI.
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude models, and model invocation APIs.
Strong prompt engineering skills, including system prompts, few-shot prompting, tool use, and structured outputs.
Experience building conversational AI solutions (chatbots and/or voicebots).
Strong AWS experience with Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and SQS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, ECS/EKS, and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture.
Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and responsible AI practices.
