We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a major enterprise environment by designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions. 8+ years of ServiceNow Development & Administration experience ServiceNow Platform Development, Configuration & Integration JavaScript, HTML, CSS REST & SOAP API Integration ITSM and ITOM Process Optimization Experience with ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules Agile/Scrum Methodologies Technical Documentation & System Design Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications
