Job description

Job Summary (List Format): Senior Full Stack Engineer Frontend Architecture Focus

Lead Frontend Architecture: Design and establish frontend standards, build reusable UI frameworks, and promote UI/UX best practices for scalable web and mobile applications.
Develop Full Stack Solutions: Create responsive single-page applications (SPAs) and integrate them with enterprise backend microservices and RESTful APIs.
Support Mobile Initiatives: Contribute to cross-platform or native mobile application development to deliver a unified user experience across web and mobile.
Ensure Performance & Accessibility: Optimize applications for speed, scalability, cross-browser compatibility, and strict WCAG accessibility compliance.
Implement Security Measures: Maintain robust frontend security, including token-based authentication (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT), session management, and integration with enterprise identity systems.
Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product owners, and backend teams; mentor junior/mid-level developers through code reviews and guidance.
Utilize Modern Tools: Employ modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Git workflows, package managers, and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
Integrate with Backend APIs: Strong experience with backend technologies (C# .NET, Python) and consuming APIs.

Requirements

Preferred Experience: Native or cross-platform mobile development, legacy web application support, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and regulated industry (utility/energy) experience.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, technical leadership, multitasking, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in teams.
Nice to Have: Experience with PWAs, reusable design systems, and prior work in utility, energy, or regulated environments.
