Job description
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to our customers, primarily small-to-medium sized retailers and restaurants who utilize our Point of Sale systems.
- Perform cabling, installation, repairs, upgrades, builds, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provide phone support to help our customers troubleshoot their hardware and software issues.
Requirements
- Prior hospitality, grocery, or retail experience preferred
- A customer-friendly and “happy-to-help” mindset
- Motivated, high-energy individual with a passion for helping others
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- An eagerness to learn plus a passion for results
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and text
- Help maintain organization and efficiency across job sites and team operations
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- 3+ years of intermediate computer experience
- Experience installing and servicing Point of Sale systems preferred
- Reliable transportation and Driver’s License
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, larger items may require team lifting or the use of appropriate equipment
