- Provide Tier 1 DAI helpdesk support and issue triage.
- Support Oracle Federal Financials (DAI) users across multiple financial business processes.
- Develop user training materials and job aids.
- Prepare bi-weekly metrics and monthly status reports.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance to end users.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to improve helpdesk operations.
Helpdesk Manager Responsibilities
In addition to the above, the Helpdesk Manager will:
- Lead daily helpdesk operations and supervise contractor personnel.
- Coordinate schedules and workload assignments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements using AI-assisted tools and modern automation technologies.
Requirements
If you have extensive experience supporting DAI (Oracle Federal Financials) and providing end-user support, training, or financial system expertise, we’d like to hear from you., * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience supporting Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI)/Oracle Federal Financials.
- Experience supporting one or more of the following modules:
- Budget to Report (B2R)
- Cost Accounting
- Procure to Pay (P2P)
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
- Order to Cash (O2C)
- OAS
- Experience providing helpdesk support, user training, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with DoD financial operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project leadership or Agile experience (Manager role).
- Experience supporting AI-enabled process improvements, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar automation tools (Manager role).
- Experience with Oracle Federal Financials or other DoD Oracle ERP implementations., * (DAI) or Oracle Federal Financials: 5 years (Required)
- Department of Defense (DoD) financial systems: 3 years (Required)
- Helpdesk or functional support for DAI: 3 years (Preferred)
