ERP Analyst - REMOTE

Analyzes production operations business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability. Performs gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities for manufacturing operations. Authors functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, and interfaces between SAP ERP and Team Center PLM and Apriso MES systems. Performs system design, development, configuration, and unit testing for SAP implementation phases including blueprint, configuration, testing, and production support. Develops training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies for end-user community. Manages Master Data including Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists (Routings, Ref Op Sets, General Maintenance Task Lists), and Change Masters. Manages Order Data including Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, and Network Orders. Performs Order Functionality including Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, and Major Component Swaps.
