Job description

We are seeking a Senior MMIS Interface Analyst with expertise in healthcare integrations, interface design, and data analysis to support the Massachusetts Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS). The ideal candidate will have experience with interface implementation, web services, SFTP, and healthcare data exchange., * Gather, analyze, and document interface requirements.

  • Design and maintain interface specifications, XML/XSD schemas, and data mappings.
  • Support SOAP/REST APIs, FHIR integrations, and SFTP file transfers.
  • Coordinate interface testing, UAT, deployments, and production support.
  • Troubleshoot interface, data, and integration issues across cloud and enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and external partner teams throughout the SDLC.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Interface Analysis and Business/Data Analysis experience.
  • Strong experience with SOAP/REST APIs, XML/XSD, FHIR, SFTP, SQL, and Healthcare Data Integration.
  • Knowledge of AWS/Azure, Unix/Linux, encryption, and interface troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SDLC, Agile, requirement gathering, and technical documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Healthcare Insurance business processes., * Experience supporting MMIS or other healthcare applications.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
