Requirements

We have an immediate need for an experienced Tech Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Pismo on AWS to own target-state architecture, design core banking modernization solutions, and lead integration strategies for enterprise payment platforms. This is a onsite position based in Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ for a candidate with deep expertise in Pismo Platform, AWS Cloud Architecture, Core Banking Solutions, Payments Architecture, Hogan Integration, Anti-Corruption Layer Design, Dual-Write Integration, API Contract Design, Event Schemas, Event-Driven Architecture, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Kafka/MSK, ISO 20022, FIPS-140 KMS, and Secure-by-Design Engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in banking and payments architecture, leading complex modernization programs, and delivering regulatory-grade financial technology solutions. No subcontracting is permitted on this position. Candidates must be willing to work directly on our payroll.
