Job description

Analyse, maintain and troubleshoot system, backup, server network and storage infrastructure
Travel between various customer sites supporting multiple software and hardware environments
Drive an own project by end of the apprenticeship program

Requirements

2+ years hands-on field-service/hardware experience (servers, networking, cabling) with demonstrated independent execution
Provisioning capability: BIOS/UEFI, RAID, firmware, OS installation.
Ability to follow runbooks and floor-layout diagrams precisely and instruct Level 1 colleagues.
Valid driver’s license
