Job description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter who is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions across various industries. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool. The recruiter plays a vital role in delivering positive experience for both clients and job seekers while ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely and professional manner., * Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in client job openings across light industrial, hospitality, clerical, and professional roles.

  • Use job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to attract talent.
  • Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess skills and job readiness.
  • Match candidates to jobs based on experience, skills, and client requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for high-volume roles.
  • Must meet or exceed gross margin (GM) goals and KPIs.

Client & Candidate Communication

  • Assist with onboarding, orientation, and first-day coordination for placed candidates.
  • Communicate job details, expectations, and workplace policies clearly to candidates in their preferred language.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with E-Verify, background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks as needed.
  • Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety policies and procedures.
  • Partner with the client on safety training, incident reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Assist with internal or client audits as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance (a plus)., * Prior experience in recruiting or staffing industry preferred.
