Work setup: Strict on-site requirement 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday, at the Tampa, FL Corporate Center III at International Plaza. Candidates must be fully local. Reason for opening: Major business driver centering on a massive, multi-year IT modernization project to migrate the client’s current SAP ECC infrastructure to SAP S/4HANA. Deliverables: Creation of actionable change impact insights, establishing concrete change readiness metrics, designing overall change frameworks, and maintaining alignment across disparate business units. Interview process: Standard Accenture/Client multi-round evaluation focusing heavily on situational scenario testing and deep dives into previous enterprise-scale software rollouts. Visa Notes: Valid visas are accepted, but the visa expiration/validity must safely extend through December 2027 at a minimum., Lack of formal Master-level expertise or verifiable long-term history in structured Change Management. POSITION OVERVIEW The Change Practitioner will support a prominent steel producer and leading supplier of long steel products in the Americas during a multi-year initiative to modernize its SAP landscape. The primary mission of this team is to ensure a smooth, successful business and organizational transition as the client migrates from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The role requires applying deep change management expertise to minimize friction, design comprehensive transformation strategies, and drive long-term adoption across multiple teams. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply deep expertise to design, develop, and implement effective change strategies that align with organizational goals and migration milestones.
- Analyze change impacts across cross-functional teams and develop actionable insights and metrics to improve transition success and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate extensively with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, integration, and continuous synchronization of change initiatives across the enterprise.
- Provide tailored solutions to complex transitional problems for the immediate project team as well as across the wider organizational matrix.
- Engage, collaborate with, and manage project teams to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions and contributing heavily to key program choices.
- Support colleagues by actively sharing knowledge, industry tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities and maximize project outcomes., * Apply comprehensive, master-level change management methodologies to design and execute effective strategies that perfectly align with broader corporate objectives.
- Partner deeply with multi-disciplinary, cross-functional teams to ensure clear alignment, mitigate transition friction, and build sustainable stakeholder engagement.
- Formulate clear change metrics, perform thorough impact assessments, and translate data points into actionable insights that optimize project health and user adoption.
- Provide continuous mentorship, guidance, and problem-solving support to project teams while serving as a strategic consultant to organizational leadership.
Requirements
Change Management (P5 - Master Level) + 6+ years of experience Journey Management (Master Level) + 5+ years of experience SAP Implementation + 2+ years of experience NICE-TO-HAVES Experience working with heavy industrial, supply chain, or steel manufacturing industries. Background in Organizational Strategy and Stakeholder Management. Mastery of Change Analytics tools and dashboard reporting., * Change Management (Master Proficiency / P5) + 6+ years
