Job description

Job Summary : SAP Change Management Practitioner (Tampa, Florida)

Role: Support a major steel producer through a multi-year SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration by leading organizational change management efforts.
Location: On-site in Tampa, FL, 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday); local candidates only.
Project Focus: Ensure smooth business and organizational transition, minimize friction, and drive long-term adoption during SAP modernization.
Core Deliverables:
Develop actionable change impact insights.
Establish and track concrete change readiness metrics.
Design and implement comprehensive change management frameworks.
Maintain alignment and synchronization across various business units.
Daily Responsibilities:
Design and execute change strategies aligned with organizational and project goals.
Analyze cross-functional change impacts and develop insights to support transition success.
Collaborate and engage with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
Solve complex transition challenges and provide tailored solutions.
Mentor, guide, and share best practices with colleagues and teams.

Requirements

Master-level Change Management (6+ years).

Master-level Journey Management (5+ years).
SAP Implementation/Migration experience (2+ years, ECC to S/4HANA preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in industrial, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
Organizational strategy and stakeholder management expertise.
Proficiency in change analytics tools and dashboard reporting.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Consultative approach, strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience navigating large-scale ERP/SAP transformations.
Empathetic leader, effective in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
