You will spend your days keeping our retail store technology running smoothly, troubleshooting low-level hardware and software issues, and ensuring our dispensary teams have the tools they need to serve our customers efficiently. • Must maintain up-to-date auto insurance coverage., * Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A degree, certification (like CompTIA A+), or equivalent hands-on experience in IT support is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong foundational familiarity with Windows OS, basic networking concepts, and retail/office hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: A resourceful ā€œfigure-it-outā€ attitude with the ability to diagnose minor technical glitches patiently and methodically.
  • Communication: Excellent customer service skills. You must be able to explain technical solutions clearly and kindly to non-technical store staff.
  • Reliability: Highly organized, punctual, and able to work independently while traveling between sites.
