IT Program Manager - TS/SCI with FSP Required

FJM Innovative Technologies is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support mission-critical government programs in Herndon, VA. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to oversee complex IT projects from planning through execution. This role requires exceptional communication, risk management, and program coordination skills while working closely with government sponsors and mission partners to ensure successful project delivery., * Assess Mission Partner requirements, identify dependencies and capability gaps, and develop proactive strategies to meet mission objectives.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Mission Partners throughout the lifecycle of projects and services.
• Engage with Mission Partners to identify future requirements and opportunities for additional services or support.
• Manage multiple IT projects, tracking schedules, milestones, budgets, and scope while ensuring successful project execution.
• Notify government sponsors of project risks that could impact cost, schedule, or scope and provide timely status briefings.
• Support the development of project scope, schedules, and cost estimates for new and existing initiatives.
• Prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for government review and approval.
• Develop and maintain Customer Service Agreements (CSAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) under Sponsor guidance.
• Deliver routine written project status reports in accordance with established reporting requirements.
• Create, update, and maintain project documentation and service support artifacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support additional program and project management activities as assigned.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while communicating impacts and recommended solutions.
• Provide weekly program and project status updates, including risk assessments, forecasts, and milestone tracking.

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• Demonstrated experience managing IT programs and projects supporting government or Intelligence Community customers.
• Experience assessing customer requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Experience developing project estimates, including Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates.
• Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, CSAs, SLAs, and technical/program documentation.
• Strong experience with project risk management, issue resolution, forecasting, and status reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief government leadership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., * Bachelor’s (Required)

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
