Artificial Intelligence Computing Platforms Automation Anywhere

Job description

The Deployment Intelligence Strategist is a newly defined, critical category of work. This is not a standard Customer Success Manager (CSM) rebrand. Instead, this role defines what post-sale engineering and enablement look like in the age of autonomous AI agents. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will own the full customer journey from the moment a contract is signed through pilot, deployment, and long-term user adoption. Because you are the primary interface with our enterprise clients, your direct feedback will immediately shape our product roadmap and go straight to our Engineering team. What You’ll Do

  • End-to-End Enterprise Ownership: Act as the primary project manager and trusted advisor for massive platform implementations from contract signing through configuration, pilot, and full rollout.

  • Workflow Mapping & Transformation: Run technical workshops and training sessions with executive leaders, financial partners, and CFOs to translate their business goals into intelligent, automated AI workflows.

  • Troubleshoot & Deliver: Manage technical and operational deployment hurdles with deep process orientation, extreme customer empathy, and a strong analytical mindset.

  • Product Architecture Partnership: Closely collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams, translating real-world customer friction points into structural platform enhancements.

Requirements

  • Core Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience, specifically leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations, financial transformation projects, or accounting automation rollouts.

  • We look for one of three core archetypes:
  • The FinTech Operator: A former accountant or CPA who transitioned into hands-on implementation or solutions architecture at a financial technology or automated close software platform.

  • The Post-Consulting Operator: 2-4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm followed by 2+ years of in-house implementation or operational execution at a fast-growing startup.

  • The ERP/Systems Implementer: An enterprise systems specialist who has spent years managing and deploying highly complex technical architectures (such as advanced ERPs or close-management software) directly for institutional clients.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Financial Domain Fluency: A solid, foundational understanding of core accounting concepts (general ledgers, reconciliations, journal entries, and major accounting ERP architectures). A CPA or accounting degree is a massive plus, but not required if your technical implementation background is deep.
  • Startup Mindset: You thrive in high-intensity, execution-focused environments where you are expected to move fast, ship results, and build playbooks from scratch.

Executive Presence: Exceptionally polished verbal and written communication skills. You are someone who easily builds trust standing in front of a CFO or a corporate partner.

About the company

We are building a category-defining AI agent platform that completely transforms complex accounting and financial workflows. Having recently secured a $100M Series B funding round at a $1B+ valuation, our enterprise product is already live, generating clear ROI, and autonomously running end-to-end accounting processes for some of the largest financial institutions in the world. We are not building generic demos we are deploying real, production-ready AI intelligence into the real economy.
