Solution Architect (Java / Enterprise Applications)

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to translate business initiatives into scalable application designs and technical roadmaps. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to define solutions that support a growing portfolio of enterprise projects.

This is a design-focused role and not a day-to-day coding position. Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design enterprise application architectures.
• Produce technical specifications, solution diagrams, and design documentation.
• Define development standards and architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate integration requirements and system dependencies.
• Review technical implementations and provide architectural oversight.
• Support planning activities alongside delivery leadership.
• Guide modernization and strategic technology decisions.

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Extensive Java and Spring Boot background.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions.
• API and integration architecture experience.
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
• Experience leading technical design efforts.
