Job description

You’ll work across different parts of our platform, building tools and experiences that make life easier for thousands of merchants each month while helping us scale globally. Day to day, you’ll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and fellow frontend engineers to build accessible, high-performance interfaces., * Build responsive, interactive web applications using Vue.js (TypeScript, Pinia, Vite, and TanStack Query)

  • Write semantic HTML and CSS from scratch with accessibility at the forefront
  • Construct modular, well-structured UIs with a strong eye for design and detail
  • Review code thoroughly and actively help raise quality standards across the team
  • Collaborate daily with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver great outcomes
  • Work iteratively in an Agile environment and proactively drive improvements to how the team operates

Requirements

  • You are curious, pragmatic, and quality-driven - you care about the craft, not just shipping code
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your input genuinely shapes the product
  • You are motivated by building things that real users depend on and by continuously improving your skills

Professionally

  • 3+ years of hands-on frontend development experience
  • Expertise in modern TypeScript, including testing and debugging
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework - we use Vue.js with Pinia and Vite
  • Solid understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices
  • Strong modern CSS skills and the ability to write semantic HTML from scratch
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
  • Based in the Netherlands
