How You Will Contribute and Grow

As part of the ā€œTechCAREā€ transformation program launched five years ago, Air Liquide Healthcare aims to increase operational efficiency and launch innovative home healthcare offerings. This is achieved via a global Salesforce platform and a unified ā€œcore modelā€ focused on an optimized, patient-centric journey.

The platform covers multiple domains, including: Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, HealthCloud, Field Service Management, and Integration Cloud.

Your Mission: You will serve as a technical leader and mentor for Salesforce Field Service (SFS) solutions. You will collaborate with both Business and IT teams to ensure product solutions support business needs while following strong architectural principles, efficient resource usage, and clean integration within the Salesforce ecosystem., * Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with end users and super users across various countries to understand business requirements;

  • Solution Design: Develop proposals based on standard or customized Salesforce functionality within a complex legacy environment;
  • Team Collaboration: Manage outsourced resources for projects/enhancements and align with other Salesforce admins/devs to ensure global template consistency;
  • System Support: Provide administration support for all Air Liquide Healthcare Salesforce instances.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience (including 5+ years in Salesforce development);
  • Mandatory SFS Expertise: Advanced, proven knowledge in Salesforce Field Service (SFS). You must have deep expertise in Core Salesforce, mastery of the SFS scheduling engine, and experience deploying/customizing the FS App;
  • Business Processes: Profound understanding of end-to-end processes, connecting supply chain management, field service, and invoicing;
  • Integrations: Proven track record of architectural design for enterprise systems, specifically integrating ERPs within legacy environments;
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer and Administrator are required. Service and Field Service certifications are preferred;
  • Languages: Full verbal and written proficiency in English., * Action-oriented with strong leadership and business acumen;
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in complex global business environments;
  • Excellent team player: open, honest, flexible, and adaptable.
