- Design Authority for the Service Line related to your domain expertise.
- Key stakeholder management for internal, as well as external parties.
- Expert strategy advisory within client facing Managed Services accounts along with new deals and transitions.
- Trusted advice to the Client by cultivating strong symbiotic Client relationships.
- Direction and guidance on technical aspects, ensuring adherence to Service Line strategy, standards and practices while aligning with client requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience operating as a Domain Architect within large Managed Services environments.
- Experience acting as a Design Authority, providing technical governance, reviewing designs, and ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices.
- Strong End User Computing (EUC) expertise, including technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, endpoint management, and modern workplace solutions.
- Demonstrable experience translating business and client requirements into technical solutions, roadmaps, and technology strategy within complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and advisory skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and build trusted relationships.
- Good understanding of contracts, commercials, bids, and service transitions, with the ability to operate effectively within the constraints of managed service delivery.
