Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Domain Architect - End User Computing (EUC) to act as the technical authority across a large-scale Managed Services environment.

This is not a pure architecture role, nor a pure engineering position. We’re looking for someone who has built their career from a strong EUC engineering background into architecture and technical leadership - someone who can review and challenge designs, set technical direction, govern solutions and provide trusted technical advice to clients and delivery teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as the Design Authority for the EUC domain, providing technical governance and direction.
  • Review, challenge and approve technical designs and solutions.
  • Define and influence EUC and Modern Workplace technology strategy and roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint technologies.
  • Translate complex client and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet agreed standards.
  • Provide technical advisory support across Managed Services, transitions and new opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence technical decision-making.

Requirements

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Strong End User Computing (EUC) experience within large enterprise environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Expertise across Intune, SCCM, Autopilot and endpoint management.
  • Experience working as a Domain Architect, Design Authority or Technical Governance Lead.
  • Proven experience reviewing and challenging technical designs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
  • Experience within Managed Services environments.
  • The ability to combine strong technical credibility with architecture, governance and commercial awareness.

If you’re an experienced EUC/Modern Workplace professional who has evolved into architecture and wants to operate as a genuine technical authority, this could be an excellent next step.
