We are looking for an experienced IT Change & Release Lead to ensure our IT services evolve safely, efficiently, and effectively.

As our IT Change & Release Lead, you’ll own and shape the Change & Release Management capability across the IT estate. You’ll be the driving force behind ensuring changes are planned, governed, communicated, and delivered successfully, minimising risk while maximising business value.

What You’ll Be Doing -
Lead and govern all IT change and release activities across internal teams and third-party suppliers. Develop, enhance, and manage Change & Release Management processes aligned to ITIL, Agile, ISO, and Microsoft best practices. Chair change activities, monitor compliance, and ensure approvals and validations are completed correctly. Produce insightful reporting, forecasting, and metrics to support informed decision-making. Drive continual improvement across cloud and Azure environments, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Partner with stakeholders across IT, business teams, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of technology change.
Requirements
You’ll be an organised, proactive, and influential change professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Key experience includes:
Proven experience managing Change & Release processes. Experience working with internal IT teams and third-party suppliers. Exposure to modern ITSM platforms. Excellent planning, scheduling, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
