Workday Procurement Expert

Join our team as our new Workday Procurement Expert to support, optimize, and enhance our Workday Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Workday Procurement and related Financial Management modules, with the ability to partner effectively with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Procurement, including Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Supplier Management, Receiving, and Supplier Invoices.

• Configure and maintain Workday Procurement business processes, security, notifications, approvals, and integrations in collaboration with IT and Finance teams.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Lead system enhancements, testing, release management, and post-production support for Workday Procurement functionality.
• Analyze current P2P processes and recommend improvements to increase automation, compliance, and efficiency.
• Support supplier onboarding and management processes within Workday.
• Collaborate with integration teams to support inbound and outbound procurement-related interfaces.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support procurement operations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve user inquiries, and coordinate with Workday support when necessary.
• Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Support audits and ensure procurement processes comply with internal controls and company policies.

Nous recherchons un(e) Expert Workday Procurement expérimenté(e) pour assurer le support, l’optimisation et l’évolution de nos processus Workday Procurement et Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède une solide expertise fonctionnelle de Workday Procurement ainsi que des modules associés de Workday Financial Management. Il/elle sera capable de collaborer efficacement avec les équipes Achats, Finance, Supply Chain et IT afin de concevoir et de mettre en œuvre des solutions répondant aux besoins de l’entreprise et contribuant à l’amélioration continue des processus. Responsabilités :

• Agir en tant qu’expert(e) fonctionnel(le) (SME) sur Workday Procurement, incluant les demandes d’achat (Requisitions), les bons de commande (Purchase Orders), la gestion des fournisseurs (Supplier Management), les réceptions (Receiving) et les factures fournisseurs (Supplier Invoices).
• Configurer et maintenir les processus métiers (Business Processes) de Workday Procurement, les règles de sécurité, les notifications, les workflows d’approbation et les intégrations, en collaboration avec les équipes IT et Finance.
• Collaborer avec les équipes Achats, Finance, Comptabilité Fournisseurs (Accounts Payable) et les parties prenantes métiers afin de recueillir leurs besoins et de les traduire en solutions Workday adaptées.

3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Procurement.

• Workday certification in Procurement or related modules (preferred).
• Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Supplier Accounts, and Financials modules within Workday.
• Experience working in global or multi-entity organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and ERP implementation projects.
