Solution Architect

• Produce key architecture artefacts including High-Level Designs, Technical Options Papers and Architectural Decision Records
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define solution visions and architectural guardrails
• Support business leaders in shaping technology strategies and investment cases
• Lead technical discussions across multiple stakeholder groups
• Guide delivery teams through complex technical and architectural decisions
• Work across cloud, application, data, security and technology architecture domains
• Contribute to solution planning, cost estimation and roadmap development

• Strong software engineering background with experience leading technical teams
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions
• Solid understanding of architecture and delivery methodologies
• Expertise in at least one architectural domain such as Business, Data, Application, Technology or Security Architecture
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work through complex challenges
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Passion for continuous improvement and professional development

Bonus Experience for a Solution Architect

• Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce, Oracle, IBM or other enterprise platforms
• TOGAF, Zachman, MODAF or similar architecture frameworks
• Knowledge of UML, ArchiMate or architecture modelling tools
