Job description
Our client is a prestigious international law firm who are known for their elite litigation and arbitration practice, they are now looking for a Global HRIS Functional Lead to join their evolving team in their London offices on a 14-month contractual basis.
The main responsibilities for the Global HRIS Functional Lead will be to understand the ‘translation of business requirements’ into a functional design to be built in Workday. Working closely with the Design Leads and the wider business, the Global HRIS Functional Lead will provide most appropriate technical solutions, in collaboration with the System Integrators.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Understanding the global and local requirements and representing them within the future processes.
- Working with the technical members of the HR Solution Design team to agree the future strategy for HR processes and decide how they will be delivered in the new HR system (Workday)
- Facilitating design workshops, alongside with Senior Partners, to finalise the delivery of the functional workbook (detailed design) and contributes to the localisation workshops to help the business fully adopt the global design and capture local legal and regulatory variations.
- Supporting the business process managers and change team with the development of training materials
- Ensuring an engaging and practical end user experience
Requirements
The Global HRIS Functional Lead will have In-depth working knowledge of preferably, Workday or other HR software systems. It will be important to understand processes from end- to-end and provide improvements. It is essential to identify where change methodology needs to be flexed to fit company requirements along with strong facilitation and influencing skills across all levels. The right candidate will have strong understanding of solving HR challenges, and requirements for future HR processes. It is essential to be a proven leader having positive impact, build authentic relationships & creatively collaborate across all teams.
