Digital HRIS Project Manager

• Lead the Workday project from a Project Management perspective.
• Perform functional assessments and validate proposed solution designs.
• Review, analyze, and challenge recommendations from system integrators and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and the overall transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate deployments, releases, testing activities, and project milestones.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Facilitate communication across business, HR, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of project objectives and key deliverables.

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with implementation partners and system integrators.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in global and cross-functional environments.
