Job description

Website Manager needed to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our digital presence. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of website design, functionality, and user experience to ensure our online platform is engaging, accessible, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your expertise in web development, UI/UX design, and digital marketing will drive the success of our digital initiatives.   • Manage website content through content management via WordPress, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
  • Optimize website performance through SEO best practices and web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 to monitor user engagement and improve site visibility.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement in accessibility, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and overall usability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in web design, front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and back-end integration using PHP or Python.
  • Strong background in digital design principles including typography design for media, layout design, and visual UI/UX design.
  • Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, or SharePoint along with web development frameworks like Bootstrap or SCSS.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to analyze data insights for continuous optimization.
  • Experience with responsive web design techniques ensuring websites function flawlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
  • Ability to utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects for creating engaging visual content.
  • Understanding of information architecture principles combined with usability testing methodologies to enhance user experience across platforms.
