IT Support & Network Operations Specialist - Bilingual Mandarin

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Support & Network Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, maintaining end-user hardware and software, and ensuring the reliability of our office network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, Windows environments, Microsoft 365 administration, and basic network infrastructure. You will work closely with our headquarters IT team to support network projects, optimize IT operations, and ensure a reliable technology environment for our employees. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving technical problems, and are passionate about providing excellent IT support, we encourage you to apply., * Desktop & Asset Maintenance: Oversee daily troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for end-user IT assets (PCs/laptops, printers, AV/conference room equipment) to ensure optimal uptime and seamless office operations.

• Software & Application Support: Handle deployment, installation, and optimization of standard enterprise software (Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, etc.), providing rapid response and resolution for user support tickets.
• Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain office LAN and Wi-Fi environments; promptly resolve end-user network connectivity issues to ensure stable, high-speed network operations.
• Email & Microsoft Office 365 Administration: Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 user accounts and resolve email flow or deliverability issues to keep enterprise communications running smoothly.
• Project Collaboration & Network: Partner with HQ IT engineers to test and optimize SD-WAN circuits; assist with on-site racking, stacking, and basic configuration of switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, IT, or related field
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on enterprise IT desktop, helpdesk, or network support experience.
• Hardware Expertise: Solid understanding of PC hardware components with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve hardware failures.
• OS & Troubleshooting: Proficient in Windows OS with strong foundational system and network troubleshooting skills.
• Network Fundamentals: Working knowledge of basic configurations for common network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
• Soft Skills: Customer-service mindset, patient communication style, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Teamwork: Highly accountable team player comfortable collaborating with remote HQ IT teams on technical projects.
• Bilingual Capability: Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, with fluent professional-level verbal and written communication skills in both languages, is strongly preferred.
