Mandarin Speaker, Network & IT Support Engineer | 3-5 years of experience

• Possess basic theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in small to medium-sized network infrastructure, including network planning, deployment, and basic troubleshooting with a structured troubleshooting approach.
• Responsible for the construction, maintenance, and optimization of the logistics park’s business network, ensuring network stability and security, and promptly implementing risk prevention and emergency measures.
• Responsible for the deployment and implementation of network equipment and projects to ensure smooth business operations; also in charge of daily operation and maintenance of office and production equipment (such as computers, printers, PDAs, etc.) to ensure efficient and stable performance.
• Collaborate with business departments to provide on-site operational support, manage network assets, and be able to travel on short notice as required to support local business operations.
• Possess a customer-oriented service mindset and strong sense of responsibility, with excellent learning ability, problem-solving skills, and teamwork/communication skills.
• Ability to provide desktop support for approximately 200 endpoints, including experience in on-site and remote troubleshooting across multiple campuses or office locations.
• Understand basic data center/server room construction and setup requirements, able to coordinate with service providers for server room deployment, conduct on-site and remote supervision according to company standards, manage quality control, and promptly identify and report any non-compliance issues.

Do you have experience in Telecommunications data network configuration?, * Educational Background: Diploma or above; majors in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Network Engineering, or related fields are preferred.

• Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in network operation and maintenance. Experience in network implementation and maintenance is required; experience in data center/network planning, implementation, and operations management is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to independently install, configure, and maintain network equipment from mainstream vendors; proficient in major operating systems.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work efficiently with business teams to drive project progress.
• Problem Solving: Ability to independently analyze and resolve issues, and propose effective solutions in complex scenarios.
• Responsibility: Strong sense of responsibility, diligent, and able to work under pressure.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
