Oracle SQL Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle SQL Data Analyst to join our dynamic data management team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex data models and ETL pipelines within Oracle databases and cloud environments. Your expertise will enable the organization to leverage big data systems, business intelligence tools, and cloud-based data warehouses to drive strategic decision-making. • Design and implement scalable data models using dimensional modeling techniques for data warehousing and business intelligence applications.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines utilizing tools such as Informatica, Talend, or custom scripting in Python, Bash, or Shell Scripting to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate linked data sources and ensure seamless data flow across systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Azure Data Lake, and other public cloud platforms.
• Manage data warehouse architecture by designing efficient schemas for cloud databases like Oracle Cloud or Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Support analysis by creating dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Looker or equivalent platforms.
• Contribute to the development of big data systems by working with Apache Hive, Spark, Hadoop clusters, and other related technologies.
• Maintain high standards of query management, database design, and data security protocols to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in Agile development cycles for continuous improvement of data solutions.
• Assist in model training and analysis efforts by providing clean, well-structured datasets.

• Proven experience working with SQL databases including Oracle SQL Server; familiarity with cloud databases such as Azure Data Lake or AWS is highly desirable.
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, Java, Bash (Unix shell), or similar languages used for data engineering tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of ETL process design and development using tools like Informatica or Talend.
• Hands-on experience with big data systems such as Hadoop, Spark, Apache Hive for large-scale data processing.
• Demonstrated ability in data model design and dimensional modeling for enterprise data warehouses.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Looker or equivalent platforms for visualization and reporting.
• Understanding of cloud computing environments including Public Cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and related services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for integrating external systems into existing workflows is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across technical teams and business units.
