IT Manager

The IT Manager will analyze, recommend, implement and manage the company data and cloud infrastructure to maintain and improve workflow and minimize any down time and minimize security breaches., * Determine, implement and manage IT policies and IT goals for all departments.

• Design and implement current and future infrastructure needs of the company.
• Respond and complete all IT service requests from employees through the Help Desk.
• Determine security protocols to eliminate security breach vulnerabilities for company, associates and clients.
• Conduct research and provide recommendations for hardware, software and supplies.
• Manage and support new hardware and software installations.
• Coordinate projects with other departments to minimize down time during maintenance, installs and implementations.
• Manage department finances and projects within set budgets.
• Permanent or temporary tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4 - 6 years IT experience required and 1 - 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills including verbal, written and presentation.
• Detail Oriented.
