Reliability Engineer

• Conduct comprehensive building code analysis to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Develop and maintain predictive maintenance programs aimed at minimizing downtime and extending asset lifespan.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and 3D CAD modeling software to visualize system layouts and identify potential failure points.
• Collaborate with design engineers during project planning to integrate reliability principles into new construction or renovation projects.
• Analyze failure data to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and improve system resilience.
• Review construction plans and specifications for adherence to building regulations and safety standards.
