What You’ll Do:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and configuration issues.
• Help clients with the selection, implementation, and ongoing troubleshooting of a wide variety of POS and card reader equipment such as terminals, point of sale systems, menu entry, batch reconciliations, etc.
• Provide stellar tech support via email, text, and phone.
• Configure, test, and ship credit card terminals.
• Collaborate with vendors and clients on POS system installations and conversions.
• Keep detailed notes in our CRM system.
• Order equipment and accessories as needed.
• Contribute to our shared learning and documentation platform.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Experience in POS or business tech systems consulting, tech support, POS implementatio
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with CRMs or HelpDesk systems.
• A strong desire to learn, grow, and be your best every day.
• Adaptability and agility to handle changing priorities., * Tech Support: 1 year (Preferred)
